Q. Can the story in a Personalized book be written about more than one child?
A. These stories are written about one child only. You may however include the name(s) of another child amongst the friends listed in the story.
Q. How long will I take to receive my book?
A. All orders are filled promptly. We endeavour to have all orders processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
During the busy peak holiday season, there may be a slight delay depending on the volume of orders
received. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Q. Is it possible to place my order online and phone in my credit card for payment?
A. Certainly. Once you complete your ordering information, just check the payment link that says "Will phone in payment" and your order will be submitted to us. You can then give us a call toll-free at 1-866-269-6396 to provide your payment information. Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Q. Is is possible to pay for my order via cheque?
A. Certainly, payment by cheque is accepted. Please note however that there will be a slight delay in shipping your order as your order will be held for approximately 7 - 10 days to allow your cheque to clear at the bank.
